1. Shipping Methods & Processing Time
1.1 Order Processing
Orders are recorded immediately after purchase and usually processed on the next business day, unless unforeseen issues occur (e.g., incorrect shipping information). While we aim for timely shipping, delays may happen due to high order volumes, customs checks, extreme weather, or Chinese public holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays and work to minimize their impact.
1.2 Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination. Please note that customs clearance or local courier schedules may affect the final delivery date.
1.3 Carrier Selection
We select the most efficient courier for each destination to ensure fast and reliable delivery. At this time, we cannot accept requests to change carriers.
2. Shipping Fees & Duties
2.1 Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped duty-free whenever possible. However, in some countries, shipments may be subject to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), meaning customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These must be paid for customs to release the package.
2.2 Tracking Updates
Tracking information may temporarily stop updating during customs clearance. This is normal. Once cleared, updates typically resume within 48–72 hours.
For shipments sent by sea or rail, tracking information may not update until the shipment arrives at the destination port.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
3.1 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before a domestic tracking number in China is issued (usually within 24 hours). Please contact our support team with your order number.
3.2 Modifications
Similarly, changes to an order can only be made before a domestic tracking number in China is issued. Contact customer service with your order number to request modifications.
4. Delivery & Receiving Packages
4.1 Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. If unsuccessful, they may leave a notice for redelivery or collection. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and accessible delivery information. Marstoy is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.2 Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows a package as “delivered” but you have not received it, please wait a few days, as it may still be in transit. For orders correctly marked as delivered, we cannot provide refunds.
4.2.1 Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier, Marstoy is no longer liable for loss or theft at the delivery location. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery details are safe and accurate. If issues arise (e.g., misdelivery or theft), we encourage customers to file a claim with the courier. Nevertheless, we will do our best to assist by contacting the courier on your behalf.
4.3 Pick-Up Options
If a package is available for pick-up, this will be indicated in the tracking details. If you have trouble locating this information, please contact our support team.
